Put a verified “can I claim this?” tool on your own website

See it working in a firm’s branding → A real entry, real answers, real HMRC sources. Takes about a minute.

Clients ask the same questions every week: can I claim the parking, the laptop, the lunch, the course? The navigator on this site answers them by status — sole trader, limited company, employee — and shows the HMRC page each answer rests on. We can set up the same tool in your firm’s branding, for your website to link to, with an “ask us” button that sends the harder questions to you.

What your clients see

  • A separate answer for each way of working. The same cost is often treated differently for a sole trader, a company director and an employee, and the tool keeps those apart rather than giving one blurred answer.
  • The source, on every answer. A link to the GOV.UK page or HMRC manual section the answer is based on, and the date it was last checked against it.
  • Your name on it. Your logo, your colours, and an “ask us” button on every page that opens an email to your firm with the question already in it. The tool points clients to you; it never replaces you.

What is behind it

This is the part that is hard to copy. Every entry is built from HMRC’s own published guidance, and the evidence is kept, not just the answer:

  • 74 expense entries, each with conditions, common mistakes, the records to keep, a worked scenario and FAQs.
  • Evidence kept with every claim. Behind the answers sits evidence quoted word for word from GOV.UK pages and HMRC’s Business Income, Employment Income and Capital Allowances manuals.
  • Re-checked every week. If HMRC changes the wording or the page an answer rests on, the entry is flagged for a human re-check before anything on your site changes.
  • A human signs off every change. No figure reaches the site without a second, independent check of the source. The method is written up in full on our methodology page.

What it is not

  • It is information, not advice. Each answer says so, and the “it depends” cases send the client to you.
  • It keeps no client data. There is no sign-in and no cookie, and the only thing the pages load from elsewhere is Cloudflare’s page-view counter, described in our privacy notice. A question typed into the assistant is sent to Anthropic, the AI provider, only so the right entry can be found; it is not stored by us, and everything the client then reads is the entry’s own checked text, never something the model wrote.
  • It does not file anything, calculate a return or connect to HMRC. It answers the question before the client asks you, so that the conversation you then have is a better one.

Price

£79 a month per firm. No VAT is added: Ninayra Ltd, which runs this site, is not VAT-registered, so £79 is the price you pay. No minimum term and no set-up fee: we set it up for you, and you can stop at the end of any month.

The first 30 days are free. You give us your firm’s name, website and logo; we build your branded version and send you the link within five working days; you decide at the end of the month whether to keep it.

How to start

Email [email protected] with your firm’s name and website. We reply within one working day.

This is a new service, and we are honest about that: what the first firms ask for shapes what it becomes. Every page on this site is the tool itself, so you can judge it before you speak to us — see it in a firm’s branding, try parking and scroll to “where this answer comes from” at the end.
